What are remedies for morning sickness?

Just have some crackers on your night stand table and eat them in bed before putting your feet on the ground. If you are the kind of person that can't eat anything before brushing your teeth then it will be hard for you to get used to it but believe me it works.

I used to vomit since I open my eyes in the morning until going to bed in the night time. It was very frustrating for me. I couldn't let my stomach to be empty. I had to eat even when I wasn't hungry. As soon as my food was digested I began to feel nausea and the worst thing is to be at the toilet trying to puke when you have nothing in your stomach. When your stomach is empty and you try to vomit, it does only comes out saliva. By the time you are finish your esophageal sphincter is hurting so much that you don't want to eat anything at all.

Some people say that to drink fluids during the day constantly will help, but in my case it didn't. I drank a big glass of water or juice when my stomach was to the point there was nothing at all in it. EMPTY. Some times the puking continue one after another one that I was short of breath and it only stopped by taking a big glass of water or juice and puking it right back. It would stop but usually left me we a very heart burn on my esophageal that I used to heal by drinking milk.

So I would say,

1- Eat crackers or toast bread in the morning before getting out of bed.

2- Do not let your stomach get totally empty. Ever.

3- Drink some thing when you are puking and doesn't want to stop. Let it come right back and vomit it.

4 - Drink milk to heal your esophageal burn sensation.
